Will I be able to see how our logo will look on the products?

Yes, we can provide a mock-up visual that gives you an idea of how the product will look once branded. Should you decide to place an order we will always provide an artwork approval which won’t go ahead until you are satisfied.

What is an Origination Charge?

This is a set up charge in which your logo is produced as a template ready for branding. If different print positions, colours or designs are used then you will be charged accordingly. We will always make you aware of these costs when quoting.

How do we pay?

We accept BACS payment via account transfer, credit cards via paypal (please note there will be a 3% sur charge for this type of transaction) or cheques. First orders are paid on a pro-forma basis however once we have receipt of our credit application form which we provide you upon ordering, we can open an account and payment can be made within 30 days of your order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities are usually listed under our product description, however it can vary from product to product so if you have a specific item in mind, please contact us for further information.

Are there any hidden fees?

On any quotation, we always include all set up and delivery costs along with the expected lead time. Just add VAT.

Are there any other products you provide that aren’t on you website?

Yes! We have an extensive product range and should you have something in particular in mind, please contact us for further information.

How quickly will you print and dispatch my order?

This depends on stock availability, print method and the type of product requested. When providing quotations we will always include the estimated lead time for delivery. Should you have a specific deadline to meet please contact us for further information.

What Branding Methods do you use?

We provide products with all different types of branding available. Available branding methods on certain products can vary. Though the most common types used include:

- Pad Printing

- Engraving

- Digital Print

- Screen Print

- Full colour Process

- Embroidery

How do I care for my personalised garments?

As with any clothing, it is important to take care when washing. We advise to keep temperatures at 30 degrees, ensuring that your garmets are inside out, avoid tumble drying and iron on the inside with a cool iron where possible. Adhering to the garments washing instructions will prevent fading. Our print methods are durable; though direct garment printing may fade slightly on the first wash.

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes, our Standard, Two Tone and Porcelain Mugs are dishwasher safe for domestic use. However, we do not recommend that our Heat Sensitive mugs are used in a dishwasher due to the specialist coating on them. We recommend that you do not use a scourer or abrasive cleaner on any of our mugs.

What format shall I send my Artwork?

It is preferable for your artwork to be sent as vector images, with all text converted to curves. This can be done either via an editable PDF file or an EPS file. We do accept good quality jpegs and other file types however this will incur a charge of £25.00 in order for us to adapt your images ready for branding.

What size should my image be?

Print areas can vary dependent on product type. For instance, the print area on the pen will be a lot different from say, a coaster. This doesn’t mean your artwork has to be sent at the exact size, we will always maximize your logo to the allowed print area on our products unless otherwise specified.

In order for us to provide an accurate quotation, we would need the following information:

Please note all quotations are subject to sight of artwork.

• Product code or Description of the item required if not on our website.
• Quantity
• Branding Method (If applicable, how many colours to be printed)
• Product Colour
• Date required and Delivery specifications (e.g. Delivery to one UK Address or otherwise)

Quoting

With this information, we will send our quotation to you in writing via email with valid to date. The majority of our quotations will be with you on the same day, though please bear in mind bespoke or large enquiry lists may require more time.

Order and Artwork

Once you are happy with all of the details of your enquiry and wish to place an order with us we will need the following details:

• Confirmation in writing of the order and what is required
• Artwork as an editable PDF or EPS file if possible (must be a vector image, with all text converted to curves)
• A delivery and invoice address
• If urgent, delivery date

Artwork

As above, Artwork must be sent as an editable PDF or EPS file and include pantone references if required. If you are unable to provide this, we can arrange for this to be produced ready for printing at a charge of £25.00. For full colour printing or photo transfer we require a file with a minimum 300dpi.

Proof approval

We will contact you with an Artwork approval form, this details the product with your logo including print areas and colour specifications. We advise you to carefully check through this before approving as it will put into production after your go ahead

Delivery

We will deliver the items as per leadtime specified at the quoting stage upon artwork approval, in some case you may be able to pay an express charge for delivery at a sooner date if you require your order urgently. If delivery is to more than one UK address or an Address outside of the UK, please note that this may incur further delivery charges.
